Does any of this sound familiar?
If so, we can probably work together.
- Manual processes eating hours every week.
- An idea that needs to become a real product, fast.
- Nobody on the team knows what to build first.
- Integrations and internal tools slowing everything down.
Let’s make a plan and ship.
Good fit / Not a fit
Good fit if...
- You can make decisions fast.
- You want to see progress every week, not just at the end.
- You need someone who builds the whole thing, start to finish.
Not a fit if...
- You want hourly work or unlimited tasks.
- You’re still exploring an idea without a budget.
- You need a big team or 24/7 support.
If you’re not sure, a quick call is the fastest way to find out.
Services
Pick the right next step
Start with a free call. Everything else comes from there.
- Free 15-minute call to map out where you can get to.
- MVP in production in 30 days.
- Ongoing monthly collaboration with weekly releases.
I work on 1 to 2 projects at a time to protect quality. The call tells us if it makes sense and when we can start.
How it works
A simple 4-step journey
Clear steps, fast execution.
Step 1 — Free Call (15 min)
A quick chat to see if I can help.
- 15 minutes, free
- If it makes sense, we figure out the next steps
Step 2 — Decide what we’re building
In the first 3 days we agree together on what’s in and what waits for later.
- One clear and measurable goal
- Everything else goes to phase 2
Step 3 — MVP in 30 Days
We build and go live in about 30 days.
- Updates every week
- Live by week 4
Step 4 — Ongoing Collaboration
If you want, I stay on the team after launch and we keep shipping.
- Monthly goals
- Weekly releases
Every stage has one clear next step.

Crisalix
Ten years building and leading development on a medical platform used by surgeons around the world.
Don Gaitano
A virtual Neapolitan priest who speaks in dialect and interprets your dreams. AI inside a 300-year-old cultural tradition.

Find outdoor sports matches with people nearby. From the idea in my head to a live app in the store.
About
I write code. I ship things.
I wrote my first line of iOS code in 2010, alone, on Stack Overflow and books that weighed three pounds. My first app hit 150,000 downloads before I really knew what I was doing. From there: 10 years leading development at a global medtech company, building my own products on the side. Today I work with founders and teams who need someone who writes solid code and actually delivers.
FAQ
A few things people usually ask before reaching out.
Is the call free?
Yes, 15 minutes, no charge. It’s just a conversation to see if it makes sense to work together.
How do we manage what’s in and what’s out?
We define scope clearly at the start. If something new comes up, we decide together whether it goes in now or in the next phase.
What happens after the call?
If it makes sense to move forward, I send a proposal with scope, deliverables, and price. No pressure.
Can you really ship in 30 days?
Yes, if the scope is focused. For bigger projects we split it into phases and ship something real at each step.
Do you work hourly?
No. I work on fixed-price projects. You know what you’re paying and what you’re getting.
How does payment work?
Fixed price, paid upfront to reserve the slot. Everything agreed in writing before we start.
